Reinstatement fees for Southwest Multiple Listing Service, Inc.(SWMLS) are $350.00 for QB’s and $300.00 for Associate Brokers/Subscribers.  This is for voluntary or involuntary inactivation or separation from an office.  Reinstatement fee will apply if you attempt to reinstate your membership anytime within one year (12 months) of your inactivation date.

Reinstatement Fee will apply to you if….

• If you voluntarily go inactive.
• If your Qualifying Broker deletes you from their office.
• If you are involuntarily suspended/terminated by GAAR due to non-payment of Realtor Dues or MLS Fees.
• If your license is involuntarily suspended/terminated with the New Mexico Real Estate Commission due to ethical or license related matter.

• All reinstatement fees must be paid prior to reactivation.
• Individual SWMLS transfer fee for changing offices is$25.00 and is due prior to reactivation.
• Reinstatement fees are in addition to any prorated MLS Fees still owed for the current service year.
• Qualifying Broker Reinstatement Fee  is $350.00
• Associate Broker/Subscriber Reinstatement fee is $300.00

• GAAR  Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS ®, Inc.

• All reinstatement fees must be paid prior to reactivation.
• Individuals are responsible for RANM a reinstatement fee of $100.
• If you are inactive less than 12 months and have not paid the current period dues to Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS, Inc. (GAAR) you will be required to pay the full year dues regardless of when you reinstate. Currently $629.
• If an office is inactivated less than 12 month for any reason, the QB is subject to the MLS reinstatement fee of $350.  There is no office reinstatement fee.
• Reinstatement fees are in addition to the GAAR Dues still owed for the current service year.

GAAR/SWMLS

•  If an office is inactivated greater than 12 month for any reason, there is no office reinstatement fee, however a New Office Application must be filled out and the New Office Setup Fees will apply. Currently $350.00 + tax for GAAR and $100.00 + tax for SWMLS.
