In today's competitive business environment, it often takes more than just motivation and initiative to succeed. Earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.

REALTOR's Ethical Road Map 

Course Description:

Upon completion of this course the student will be able to define general ethical principles and practices along with the enforcement process. They will have an understanding of ethical reasoning styles of others as well as themselves.

Learning objectives:

- The student will be able to evaluate the purpose of ethical conduct and the importance of ethical reasoning in their business.

- Student will understand the importance of due process and ethical dilemmas they will encounter.

- Will be able to apply the standards and guidelines imposed by the National Association of REALTORs.

There will be a $25 late registration fee for individuals registering after October 9, 2016.

This class fulfills the NAR Quadrennial Code of Ethics requirement - due December 31, 2016
