Rich Hart is an accomplished Business Entrepreneur, Real Estate Broker, Development Coach, and International Instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), and Council of Real Estate Broker Managers (CRB). He serves as a Wealth/Finance Consultant for personal and corporate entities and is a Director and Contributor of the IMLS for International sales and development. Prior to his teaching career, Rich spent 30 years as a business executive and entrepreneurial professional in International Corporate America developing and intergrating operating practices for national and international business corporations. His organizational expertise as a Re-structuring Business Specialist has been directly related in the fields of Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Technology. He is most recognized as an International Speaker, Business Educator, and Consultant for numerous related Manufacturing, Finance, Real Estate, Business, and Military entities across the country.
Getting your SRS Designation
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards, enhance personal performance, and recognize REALTORS® who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential in professionally and ethically representing sellers. With the SRS Designation, you'll receive specialized information to stay on top of emerging real estate issues and trends, obtain exclusive resources to share with your clients, gain ideas and methods for enhancing your business, and possess tools for conducting seller consultations. Having the SRS Designation will demonstrate to colleagues and consumers your commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate sellers. The designation is awarded to REALTORS® who meet the specific educational and practical experience criteria below.
Four (4) requirements must be met in order to attain and use the SRS Designation:
- Successful completion of the two-day SRS Designation Course. After successful completion of the SRS Designation Course, you will have two (2) years in which to complete the remaining SRS Designation requirements.
- Successful completion of one approved elective course within two (2) years of completing the SRS Designation Course.
- Documentation verifying five (5) completed transactions in which you acted solely as a seller representative (no dual agency). Any transactions closed two (2) years prior to or after completing the SRS Designation Course are eligible for credit.
- Maintain active and good membership status with the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
