STRATEGIC GOALS

At the center of GAAR’s 2026–2028 Strategic Plan are five interconnected goals: Value, Community, Resource, Growth, and Leadership, each designed to strengthen the member experience while advancing the real estate profession.

Together, these priorities focus on delivering meaningful membership value, expanding community impact, elevating GAAR as a trusted advocacy resource, increasing access to high-quality education, and fostering a transparent, inclusive leadership culture that supports long-term success.

  • Join a GAAR committee and help shape key initiatives
    With 16 committees, there is a range of focuses that may fit your interests. Submit the Committee Interest Form.
  • Attend events to stay informed and share your voice
    Member events every month, from First Wednesday Member Forums to free networking.
  • Participate in advocacy efforts that protect and advance your business
    Attend RPAC events and keep up to date on advocacy announcements.
  • Volunteer in community initiatives that strengthen our impact
    Participate with Laundry Love in February, Backpack Drive in July, and Holiday Giving in November.
