NAR's Code of the Ethics Quadrennial deadline is December 31st and over 300 GAAR members have yet to meet the requirement.

There are still a two live classes you can take here at the REALTOR® Building. If you are unable to fit one of these classes into your schedule, please take NAR's FREE Online Course.

For NAR's online Code of Ethics training, please click here to sign-up and take the course. Just remember, the online course meets your Code of Ethics requirement for NAR but does not offer CE credits for the State of New Mexico.

If you have recently taken the course somewhere other than through NAR, RANM or GAAR, please be sure to send a copy of your Code of Ethics training certificate to education@gaar.com.
