Now Accepting Nominations for the 2016 Affiliate Committee Vice Chair Postion

Nominations for the 2016 GAAR Affiliate Committee Vice Chair position are now being accepted.

The GAAR Affiliate Committee is a collaborative team of individuals and businesses that specialize in products, services, supplies and resources that are of value to REALTORS® and their clients. Their purpose is to support the success of the REALTOR® community through educational programs, community volunteerism, informative forums, and charitable activities that promote and enhance the Real Estate Industry and Greater Albuquerque Area.

The Affiliate Committee is seeking nominations the 2016 Affiliate Committee Vice Chair Position. The qualifications are:

  1. Must be an active Affiliate Member of GAAR.
  2. Must have attended at least eight (8) Affiliate Committee meetings within the past year.
  3. Must be actively involved in the GAAR organization through service on committees, special projects, events or programs

The elected individual will serve the first year of his/her term in the Affiliate Committee Vice Chair position, the second year in the Chair position, and the third year in the Immediate Past Chair position. The Affiliate Committee Chairs form the Affiliate Leadership Subcommittee. Affiliate Leadership volunteer an estimated three (3) to five (5) hours a month to help develop and coordinate Affiliate-related programs, forums, annual events, and special initiatives.

Nomination forms must be submitted by September 28, 2015. Nominations received after that date may not be eligible for consideration. You may nominate yourself or a fellow Affiliate.
