Now that the signs are down, the numbers are in for the GAAR Grande Open House Weekend held October 6th and 7th. Our Flexmls data shows there were 541 Open Houses and according to SUPRA, there were a total of 2,090 showings for the weekend. There were 20 homes that went into pending within days after the event! Kudos to our REALTORS®!
