Online enrollment is now available at https://enroll2.risceo.com/ for the upcoming New Mexico Real Estate Commission’s (NMREC’s) group real estate errors & omissions (E&O) insurance program for the January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022 group policy period.  Coverage exceeds state licensing requirements—for only $349 per broker.  Feel free to share this information with your colleagues.

If you are insured through the current New Mexico group program, your insurance expires January 1, 2021.  You should receive an enrollment form in the mail shortly, but there’s no need to wait to enroll. 

ENROLL ONLINE – Online enrollment is now available at our website, https://enroll2.risceo.com/ (Visa and MasterCard accepted, a non-refundable $5 convenience fee applies to online enrollment).  If you opt to purchase coverage online, be sure to choose the 2021 New Mexico policy period. 

Our online enrollment system is designed to provide a fluid, user-friendly experience.  All policy forms, including certificates of coverage and endorsements, may be downloaded immediately after purchase.  Insureds can also create an account to access insurance documents and purchase history.  If you have previously created an account, you may log in to renew your insurance.  If you have forgotten your password, a password reset function is available.  Your username is typically your email address, but feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

ENROLL BY MAIL – If you prefer to enroll by mail, you may send us a completed enrollment form with a check or money order for your premium payment (click here for the enrollment form or download it from our website, www.risceo.com).
