Effective Monday, March 4th, SWMLS will implement three new changes to the Rules and Regulations that were approved by the SWMLS Board of Directors.

Page 6: Definition of Coming Soon updated to make it clear that the Minimum Photo Rule in Section 1.20.1 does NOT apply to Coming Soon listings.

Section 1: Listing Procedures

Page 16: Photo Rules updated so that all listings must have photos uploaded within 48 hours of entering Active Status.

Section 9: Enforcement of Rules or Disputes

Pages 31-32: Language added for rules establishing a hearing process for members who are fined 4 or more times for Minor violations, or 3 or more times for Major or Willful Misuse violations.
