As the weather starts to cool, activity heats up at GAAR.
We have a lot of important items coming up in the next 30 days that you should know about, so here are the Top 5:
1. Annual Supra Lockbox True Up
The First Annual Supra True Up period is currently underway. If you have more lockboxes than you are using, you want to pay special attention to your email (and check your spam filter) over the next week to learn how many you should return to GAAR. You will have until October 21st to "True Up" your account. Click here to read more and to learn where and how to return your extra lockboxes.
2. GAAR & SWMLS Board of Directors Elections
We have our 2017 GAAR and SWMLS Board Candidates for you to get to know better. Starting on October 21st, you will be able to vote on your favorite candidates. Click here to meet your 2017 Board of Directors candidates.
3. 2017 GAAR Annual Dues Billing
GAAR Annual Dues billing goes out on October 1st. This year all bills will be emailed rather than snail mail. Because the dues billing is electronic, you will want to make sure that your email address is current. To update it, go into your new Member Portal, which can be accessed through the "Manage Account" link at the top of every page on gaar.com then select "Pay Online." Click here to learn how to access your new Member Portal.
