GAAR’s Spring Top 5

It's Spring! That means it's time for REALTORS® to gear up for business and GAAR is here to help.

Mark your calendar so you don't miss out on these special GAAR Events!

1. Instanet Month Free Training  (March 22nd and 23rd) – Instructor Gregg Driscoll from Instanet will be here at the GAAR Building on March 22 and 23rd to train on the NEW Instanet TransactionDesk platfrom. Click here to register for one of four Instanet classes.

2. REALTOR® Week (March 28th to April 2nd) – This year, REALTOR® Week is designed draw public awareness to  the impact REALTORS® have on the greater Albuquerque community. In addition to the public relations and advertising campaign, REALTOR® Week engages the public with through the REinvent Speaker Series: Discover New Mexico Tourism on March 30th, the debut of our GAAR Good Neighbors on 2 Kasa Style Morning Show on April 1st and the Habitat for Humanity/ReStore "Stuff the Truck" Event on April 2nd. 

3. Homeownership Month (April) - Not only is April National Fair Housing Awareness Month, it's our month to focus on the importance of homeownership in Central New Mexico.

Here are a few highlights:

  • The launch of GAAR's new statewide consumer website NewMexicoHomeSearch.com.
  • The Affiliate Q&A on Mortgages on April 6th,
  • A FREE Social Media Workshop on April 7th 
  • A special edition of theWeekly Passport with articles and tips to help you prep for the season on April 5th
  • GAAR Grande Open House Weekend on Saturday, April 16th and Sunday April 17th. To particpate, simply enter your open house in Flexmls and we will do the rest. In addition to signs and balloons, the Albuquerque Journal will be distributing a printed list of all the open houses (at no charge to you) and there will be a live radio remote from GAAR on April 16th. 

4. Golf Tournament Player and Sponsorship Signup – GAAR is still excepting player registration and tournament sponsorship. There are only a few player slots available, so don't wait to sign up. Golf Sponosrship opportunities close in the last week fo April. Proceeds from the Golf Tournment go to the REALTOR® Fund. Click here to register as a player or sponsor.

5. Call for "Run for the Zoo" Volunteers –   Be A Part Of The Fun Without Running The Run! For over 30 years, the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® (GAAR) has been a proud sponsor and coordinator of volunteers for the New Mexico BioPark's annual fundraising event, Run for the Zoo...and walk with us too! Submit your volunteer forms by April 13. Click here to volunteer
