As we start the new year, 84.4% of GAAR members have paid their dues. That means hundreds of members still have not.

Now that the December 31, 2015 due date is behind us, we have begun sending out past due statements for GAAR membership fees.

If you have yet to pay your GAAR Membership Dues, now is you last chance to do so before the $50 fees are assessed to you account on January 11th. 

On January 15th, GAAR Staff will begin calling associate brokers and their QB's to notify them of upcoming suspensions for unpaid dues. Suspensions will take place on January 20th, when we will also send emails about the termination date of February 1st.

To pay your bill and avoid fees, suspension and termination, simply pay online with a credit card or drop by the REALTOR® Building to pay in person. While GAAR does not take payment over the phone, you can call Membership Support at (505) 842-1433 option 4 or at membership@gaar.com. Membership Support will be happy to help guide you through the process.
