REALTORS® Make a Difference
Every spring, the REALTOR® Fund Committee opens its annual Grant Cycle to local non-profits. One eligible recipient will be awarded a $45,000 grant.
Applicant Criteria
- Be in existence for a minimum of 5 years.
- Be exempt from U.S. federal income tax pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified as a public charity under section 509(a)(1) or section 509(a)(2) of the Code; and/or an educational institution or governmental entity.
- Serve the four-county Greater Albuquerque Metro Area – Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia, Torrance.
- Have current filings with the New Mexico Attorney General and Secretary of State and have a positive Charity Check Report on GuideStar.
