The ABR® Designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Help buyers find the right property at the right terms and price in both buyer’s and seller’s markets.
ABR® Designation 10 CE (2 Day Course)
Dates: Tuesday, June 29th to Wednesday, June 30th
Time: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Location: GAAR Building
Cost: GAAR REALTORS® $199* / Non-GAAR REALTORS® $249*
*Add $50 after June 14th

How to Earn It
Education:
- Complete the two-day core designation course
- Complete one of the ABR® elective courses
Exam:
- There is no exam requirement for the ABR Course
Professional Affiliation:
- Membership in good standing in REBAC
- Membership in good standing in the NAR
- Exception: International members of REBAC do not have to be members of NAR
Work Experience:
- Documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative
Application:
- Submit the designation application along with documentation of five completed transactions

REBAC Dues
- First year of REBAC membership is free
- Second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you joined REBAC
- $110 per year thereafter
