As more counties in New Mexico transition to Yellow or Green status, the SWMLS Board of Directors voted to enable the ability to advertise in-person open houses in Flexmls, effective February 19th.

All members are encouraged to remain aware of the Red, Yellow, or Green status of their county (Click Here for the dashboard), and are reminded to continue to follow all government guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Click Here for the guidelines).
