GAAR has completed its transition to our new membership management software, MMSI. This transition was made so that staff can more effectively serve its membership during daily operations.

What this means for you

Members will need to update their existing bookmarks to point to the new portal located at: https://mdweb.mmsi2.com/albuquerque. Our previous member portal, located at http://ims.gaar.com , will no longer be used and that website will not be accessible after September.

Starting now, you will need to visit the new site when paying dues/fees and registering for education classes or events. This link is also available on gaar.com and through Flexmls under the Products tab.

How to login

If you are already logged in through Single Sign-On (SSO), you can click on the bill payment link without being prompted for a login.

If you are not logged in through SOO, you will need to enter in your credentials on the login screen. These credentials will be the same as our previous member portal. For most users, this will be their MLS ID without the “abq.” portion. The password will be the same one used in previous billing cycles. and education sign-ups.

If you cannot remember your login information, just click on the Forgot your ID? link located on the login page to get your information e-mailed to you.

Please note that GAAR and SWMLS is still operating with limited service for the remainder of the week. We will resume normal business operations on Monday, September 19. Thank you for your cooperation, and be on the lookout for additional information on how to use the new system.
