To be recognized in the Awards Gala Program, all your Listings for 2023 should be in Flexmls by January 31st. If you've already done so, there is no further action needed!

• Members will be recognized for production in two categories:
  • $5M - $10M
  • $10M+ 
• This now includes all property types: Residential, Land, Residential Income, Commercial Sale, Farm & Ranch, and Residential Rental.
• The listings must have closed in SWMLS.
• Your production must be entered into Flexmls by Wednesday, January 31st so the reports can be pulled. 

The Annual Awards Gala will be held on Friday, March 15th at the Marriott Pyramid North. Stay tuned for event details.
