GAAR will offer the At Home With Diversity® Certification on Tuesday, October 20th. National Instructor Ginni Field will help brokers develop a business practice rooted in inclusion and equality.

Ginni will teach via ZOOM and attendees have the option to attend virtually or at GAAR with limited seating available. Masks will be required and attendees will be distanced appropriately.

The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification course covers how to work effectively with diverse populations so you can build business success in today's multicultural real estate market.

Additional requirements after completion of course:

• Member must be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®
• One-time application fee of $75 
• There is no exam requirement for the AHWD Course

Once you've earned the AHWD certification, you will also be an International REALTOR® Member of NAR for the balance of that calendar year.
Maintaining your NAR International REALTOR® membership with one yearly fee of $75 will keep all of your NAR designations and certifications active.
