SWMLS annual invoices are due by June 30th. Late fees will be assessed on accounts paid after tomorrow.

The fastest way to pay is online. If you do so,  you'll automatically be entered for a chance to win a $150 Visa Gift Card. We will also draw 3 runner-ups, each of which will receive a $40 GAAR CE Gift Certificate to be applied to any class held here at the REALTOR® Building. The drawing will be held on July 1st, so don't be late.

Please ensure your payment reaches us no later than June 30th to avoid a 5% late fee on outstanding balances. If you have any questions, please contact Member Services at 505-842-1433 option #4 or email membership@gaar.com.

You can check your balance and make payments by logging into the Online Payment Center. Please remember you have to login with your old Rapattoni username and password. Below is a link to the SWMLS Online Billing Instructions. Our apologies, but GAAR can not accept payment by phone.
