The Advancing Belonging, Community, and Diversity Committee (ABCD) is hosting the First Wednesday workshop in May to bring awareness to Mental Health Awareness Month. The workshop will tackle the widespread challenge of stress encountered in the real estate sector, offering insights on maintaining equilibrium, setting personal and professional limits, and avoiding burnout among clients and colleagues. In an industry that operates around the clock, which can affect our fundamental needs, lives, and the well-being of those we serve, it's crucial to provide a nurturing and supportive space for open dialogue and to share effective stress management techniques.
