NAR's Code of the Ethics Quadrennial deadline is December 31st – yes, that is THIS Saturday – and hundreds GAAR members have yet to meet the requirement.
Thereis only one final live classes you can take here at the REALTOR® Building this Friday. We've opened the class up to 150 students so you there is still room for you!
If you are unable to fit one of these classes into your schedule, we strongly advise that you take NAR's FREE Online Course.

For NAR's online Code of Ethics training, please click here to sign-up and take the course. Just remember, the online course meets your Code of Ethics requirement for NAR but does not offer CE credits for the State of New Mexico.
If you have recently taken the course somewhere other than through NAR, RANM or GAAR, please be sure to send a copy of your Code of Ethics training certificate to education@gaar.com.
