The Code of Ethics training requirement deadline is fast approaching!
Currently, all active REALTOR® members (which includes Appraisers) must complete a mandatory training every four (4) years on the Code of Ethics as a requirement of continued membership. This training for existing members must also meet the learning objectives and time requirements established by the National Association of REALTORS® and must be approved by the local association of the primary members.
The current cycle deadline to complete your training is December 31, 2016. You must complete an approved Code of Ethics training course during the current cycle which began on January 1, 2013, and will end on December 31, 2016.
If you already completed your Code of Ethics requirement elsewhere, please be sure to send a copy of your Education Certificate of completion to education@gaar.com

- January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018
- January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020
