Thanks in part to the efforts of GAAR REALTORS®, two bills initiated by RANM have passed in the New Mexico House of Representatives!
They have now been referred to the Senate and we need your help again.
The HOA Amendment and the Home Inspector Licensing bills tentatively are scheduled to be heard in Senate committees, but time is of the essence as the 30-day legislative session will end at noon on Thursday, February 18.
These bills are important to consumers and the local real-estate industry. We are asking all GAAR members to send a message to their Senators asking for support of these bills.
