How to get to InfoSparks
InfoSparks is a separate software product that must be accessed directly from within FLEXMLS or the GAAR Member Portal. Once you are signed into FLEXMLS you will need to go to the FLEX menu and locate the InfoSparks link in the Product section.
Drawing a Map Area in InfoSparks
Once in InfoSparks you begin by setting up your search filters. One of the primary search filters is a Geographic Menu where you can select an MLS area, Zip Code, or City. This is where you will also find the Draw Area option. You can also access the Draw Area feature by clicking on My Areas from the InfoSparks navigation bar.
My Areas - your local housing market defined by you!
The "My Areas" option brings you to a mapping interface where you can draw your own areas for customized statistics.
