As we near the end of the COE Quadrennial, GAAR offers a free and unique COE training opportunity with "When You Come To The Fork In The Road, TAKE IT!"
Ethics is the number one trait consumers say they look for in choosing a real estate agent. A clear understanding of “how things should work”, an ingrained sense of right and wrong, and the willingness to put the needs of the consumer ahead of their own are the fundamental duties agents owe to their clients. When "You Come to the Fork in the Road, TAKE IT!" is an overview of the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics, designed to reinforce basic ethical business practice in every day real estate situations, and to meet NAR’s Quadrennial Code of Ethics education requirement.
A lively overview of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, this hands-on course examines ethical business practice in every day real estate business situations. Includes ethics, arbitration of money disputes, and the process for enforcing ethical standards amongst REALTORS®.
Held at the Marriott Pyramid directly following the Annual Meeting's Appreciation luncheon, the 4 CE course is taught by Rick Harris. Rick is a working broker, selling and running his own brokerage, delivering high-quality service to consumers and Realtors on a daily basis. This experience gives him a unique insight to Realtor needs when teaching, training leaders or facilitating strategic planning. His "in-the-trenches" perspective lets him deliver solution-based programs to help Realtors build successful, honorable and profitable businesses.
