One of the core values of both GAAR and SWMLS is to stay relevant to its membership's continually evolving needs. As such, due to low usage numbers, the Southwest MLS Board of Directors has voted to end its contract with Down Payment Resource (DPR) in 2016.

Effective Monday, October 24, DPR will no longer be available on listing reports in Flexmls, and DPR IDX and Personal Marketing Tool links will be disabled. Down Payment Resource offers a similar tool called Down Payment Connect that you can subscribe to if you wish to utilize their services and promote down payment programs to prospective buyers. What this means to you

• You will no longer be able to access DPR within Flexmls listings, reports or under the Products tab.
• If you have an IDX website that currently utilizes a DPR link, it will no longer be available as of October 24th.
• If you use a DPR link or button on social media or as part of your e-mail siganture, that link will no longer work as of October 24th.

If you are still interested in having a DPR feature on your IDX website, you can still subscribe to Down Payment Connect. SWMLS staff is working with all parties to ensure a smooth transition.
