On Saturday, May 7th, members gathered at The Downs Racetrack to witness longshot Rich Strike win the $3,000,000 purse during a live telecast of the 148th Kentucky Derby! 

As part of the afternoon festivities, guests enjoyed beverages, a buffet and bid on more than 30 auction items. Yared Rivera who serves on the Region 11 NAR YPN Advisory Board was the event's special guest. Hear more from her on the YPN Podcast on Friday, May 20th.

The event raised $11,000 for RPAC, the NAR bipartisan advocacy group that supports state and federal candidates who are considered REALTOR® champions for their efforts to support private property rights, economic development, and to protect the real estate industry.
