Is it that time of year when you realize you're short on CE? Well then, we have an opportunity on Friday for you to power through some of those classes!

On Friday, December 4th you can earn up to 12 CE for $75. This all-day educational event will benefit the Real Estate Community Political Action Committee (RECPAC). The RECPAC Committee is composed of GAAR and CARNM members who educate City and County officials on local issues that affect the consumer and the real estate industry. They also help introduce members to their elected officials through Roundtables, Town Halls, and Meet & Greets.

8:00 am - 12:00 pm:  2020 NMREC Core with Bob Arguelles (4 CE – Core Course) 
8:00 am - 12:00 pm:  Contract Negotiations with Bob Treece  (4 CE – Core Elective) 

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm:  2021 NMREC Core with Bob Arguelles (4 CE – Core Course) 
1:00 pm - 7:30 pm:  Uniform Owner Resident Relations Act with Gavin Leach  (6 CE – Core Elective) 

5:30 pm – 9:30 pm:  Business Ethics in Real Estate with Bob Treece (4 CE – Ethics Elective)
