Rick Harris will be at GAAR for the Seller Representative Specialist® Designation, designed to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.
This NAR Designation is a two-day course offered at a discount until April 15.
Seller Representative Specialist® Designation

Time: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

You will learn to:
- Increase listings and grow their business
- Demonstrate and communicate your value package to seller clients
- Understand and apply the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
- Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers
- Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need
Steps to Earning the Designation:
1. Education
Complete the SRS® Designation Course
Complete one of the SRS® Elective Courses:
- RENE Certification Course (RENE Course)
- Understanding & Leveraging Teams (C-RETS Course)
- Accredited Buyer’s Representative Core Course (ABR)
- Military Relocation Professional Certification Core Course (MRP)
- Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA (PSA Course)
- Resort & Second-Home Markets Course (RSPS)
- Seniors Real Estate Specialist Core Course (SRES)
- At Home with Diversity Course

2. Exam
There is no exam requirement for the SRS® Course.
3. Professional Affiliation
- Member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®
- Exception: International members of SRS® do not have to be members of NAR.
- Member in good standing with SRS®
4. Work Experience
Documentation of three completed transactions in which you acted solely as a seller representative.
5. Application
Submit the designation application along with documentation of three completed transactions.
6. Cost of NAR Annual Dues
- Waived for the first year
- $99 each subsequent year
