About Your Panelists

Ramon Casaus is the founder of ROC Real Estate Partners, a nationwide real estate sales network headquartered in Albuquerque. Ramon opened his first brokerage at age 24 and is responsible for $500M in real estate sales.  He is the author of an Amazon Best Seller “No Permission Needed", a  motivational coach for high-performing real estate leaders, as well, as a real estate investor. 

Steven Radolinski is the founder and team leader for the NM Home Deals team. In 2021, with Steven's 17 years of real estate experience, his team sold 112 homes and closed over $34M in production. NM Home Deals works with first-time buyers and experienced investors alike. 

Chris Shain Tanner is a UNM Alumni and soon-to-be-retired Air Force First Sergeant. This year, Chris will serve as Vice President on the GAAR Board of Directors, is a prelicensing instructor in New Mexico, and holds the designations of MRP, RENE, and C2EX. In 2022, he had $12.5M in sales.

Chris Venegas began his career in Real Estate at age 19. In his first year, he was awarded Rookie of the Year. He currently serves as a Director on the GAAR Board, is the Lead of his team dubbed "The Venegas Group" and on the side, invests in rental properties throughout the ABQ Metro Area.
