It’s that time of year! Southwest MLS Annual subscription fees are due by June 30! You can pay these online at gaar.com or go to “Pay dues and Fees” on SWMLS. We accept credit cards, online checks or you can always come into the REALTOR® Building.

Supra Active Key holders will be invoiced by Supra in August for your annual subscription fee.

GAAR Dues are due at the end of December each year. These dues are annual so once paid are not due again until the following December.
