New Mexico Escrow Solutions and Sunwest Escrow, in conjunction with the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, have established a scholarship for new REALTOR® family members.

Each sponsor will select one applicant for a $1,000 scholarship to help the new member defray GAAR Membership Dues and SWMLS Fees.

Winners will be notified and invited to attend the Awards Gala on March 15th for recognition.

Scholarship Criteria:

1.  Must be a relative of a GAAR REALTOR® Member
2.  Must be a first-time REALTOR® Member
3.  Must have a New Mexico Real Estate license issued between February 1, 2023 - February 1, 2024
4.  Must have joined GAAR (as a primary association) and SWMLS between February 1, 2023 - February 1, 2024
5.  Nominees must submit an essay on “Why I became a REALTOR®"
