Construction Update 

In January, the GAAR Board of Directors approved the appliance package for the project. The appliances were ordered from the GE Appliance Store where NAR Members have access to savings at the online shopping site. 

Appliances for the warming kitchen and the lobby kitchen include a range, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and microwaves. A commercial ice maker and stackable washer/dryer for linens will be ordered in the coming weeks.

On-Site Activity
We are happy to report, that construction on the GAAR Office continues to clip along at a steady pace. 

• Concrete form and footings were poured
• Steel beams were delivered
• Erection of the steel beams and framing began this week
• Plumbing rough-in continues
• Electrical rough-in continues
