The SWMLS Board of Directors has approved changes to the Guest House field which will be renamed Accessory Dwelling Unit or ADU to align with national-level terminology and has been recommended as a RESO standard. These changes will be made on June 21st. 

Guest House is now  > > Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

New Fields:

• ADU Bedrooms
• ADU Bedrooms Included
• ADU Bathrooms
• ADU Bathrooms Included

*Please Note: If you are in the Details Field and do not see these options, go back to the Main Field and select Yes for Accessory Dwelling Unit.
