The new Residential Purchase Agreement (Form 2104) was released by the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico (RANM) on February 2, 2015.  Recent legislation and litigation caused a line-by-line evaluation and assessment of the contract, resulting in the most significant and far-reaching changes in more than 15 years.

GAAR and RANM will be hosting two seperate, two-hour training seminars on the new Purchase Agreement on March 2nd from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the REALTOR® Building.  Ashley Strauss-Martin, Legal Counsel for RANM, will present to you an in-depth exlanation and dissection of the new contract, as well as some of the reasoning behind the changes.
