The GAAR Board of Directors has a new committee to help 2015 REALTOR® FUND charity, Albuqeurque Heading Home.

GAAR will be the Presenting Partner of  Heading Home's fundraiser, The Hacienda Ball. The new Hacienda Ball Committee will help make this event successful, in part, by seeking sponsorship and silent auction donations for the event.

Albuquerque Heading Home has housed over 500 of Albuquerque’s homeless in the past 5 years and has a 90% success rate at helping the homeless integrate back into society. Due to the reduction of cost associated with the homeless population, Mayor Berry has called Heading Home’s initiative “the smart way to do the right thing.”

The Hacienda Ball will be held at the Hyatt Regency on November 12th and is expected to raise over $75,000 for the charity. The purpose of the committee is to help the charity with sponsorshipPresenting Sponsor of this year's Hacienda Ball.
