As we enter into July, our Phase 2 of our lockbox solution process continues. GAAR staff and the task force/users group will begin analyzing the proposals they received from Supra and Sentrilock.

The proposals will be reviewed for the next few weeks and the results will be reported to the Board of Directors on July 22.

While the proposals are reviewed, we need to maintain the current inventory count. To do this, we will not be able to add deprogrammed lockboxes from other associations to the GAAR inventory.

Members can still obtain lockboxes from other GAAR members as long as they are already included in the count. You will still be able to purchase new lockboxes directly from GAAR. The policy, which began on Friday June 26th, will continue until the Board of Directors makes a decision.
