The Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS^® launches the Monthly Indicators, their new and improved Monthly Market Statistics Report.

The new report adds statistical data for the absorbtion rate and housing affordability index.  ShowingTime / 10K also provides monthly market snapshots by zip code and MLS areas.

In addition to the new ‘Monthly Indicators’ reports, Participants and Subscribers of the Southwest Multiple Listing Service have access to an incredibly powerful statistics tool from 10K Research and Marketing. 

If you are a Participant or Subscriber, simply access your Flexmls dashboard, hover over ‘Products,’ and select ‘Infosparks.’  This will give you instant access to both Infosparks and Faststats from 10K.
