Online voting is open all week for the GAAR & SWMLS Board of Directors. Vote now to choose your leadership for 2024.

**Designated REALTORS®: Even though both SWMLS Officer Candidates are running unopposed, your vote is still needed! As per the SWMLS Bylaws, a minimum of 87 votes, representing 1,560 members are required to elect those candidates.  SWMLS votes cast stand at 44 as of Friday, October 13th.

  • GAAR & SWMLS* Board of Directors Voting Period
    Monday, October 9th - Sunday, October 15th
    *As per bylaws, only SWMLS Participants who are Designated REALTORS® will be allowed to vote in the SWMLS Election
     
  • Incoming Board of Directors Inauguration at the GAAR/SWMLS Annual Meeting
    Wednesday, December 6th
