As the situation surrounding the Coronavirus continues to evolve, I have the following update for you:
In the immediate future, GAAR will focus only on services essential to the direct support of our members and their businesses.
Essential services will be defined as:
- SW Multiple Listing Service and anything related to any listing
- Supra Lockbox Services
- Membership Services
- Continuing Education Classes
Continuing Education Online Option
The NMREC has authorized CE for courses attended remotely. Fortunately, we have the technology and the capability to offer our courses via Zoom, Skype or other online streaming platforms. Therefore we will continue to offer courses at GAAR and members will have the option to attend in person or online via computer, tablet or smartphone.
If you are registered for a course and wish to attend remotely, please contact GAAR Education 505-842-1433, option 3 or 5 for the online link. All online courses will be monitored in order to assure compliance with the NMREC attendance policies.
Continuing Education Cancellations
If you wish to cancel registration for any course you will receive credit for a future course.
Many other meetings such as BOD, Committees, PAGs, New Member appointments, etc. will be offered via phone, Zoom or conference call.
