For the first time ever, the Grande Open House Weekend will be a statewide event! All New Mexico Home Search Associations and MLS members will be participating! There is no cost to participate, and the event will be promoted to consumers in each community.
REALTORS® around the state will open the doors to hundreds of their best properties for in-person and virtual tours. Whether your client is looking to buy, sell or relocate, it has never been easier to view multiple listings in a single weekend. Consumers can learn what different communities around the state have to offer at NewMexicoHomeSearch.com.

Saturday, October 3rd - Sunday, October 4th
How to participate in the GAAR Grande Open House Weekend:
Step 1: Enter your open house details into Flexmls by Friday, October 2nd*.
Step 2: Claim your profile by visiting New MexicoHomeSearch.com and click “Agent Login”
Step 3: Utilize the Grande Open House Weekend Toolkit to promote the event on your social media.
Step 4: GAAR members can stop by GAAR on Monday, September 28th thru Friday, October 2nd to pick up yard signs, balloons, and printed materials for your Open Houses. Please reuse yard signs from previous years.
Step 5: Provide your buyers with the most up-to-date Open House list or direct them to NewMexicoHomeSearch.com.
Step 6: Open House Weekend begins Saturday, October 3rd through Sunday, October 4th!
*Open Houses should be submitted by close of business on Friday, October 2nd to ensure Listings will populate on NewMexicoHomeSearch.com.
