Sunday, July 11th was our official 100th Anniversary Day!

Thanks to you, our Members, GAAR is now the largest local professional trade association in Central New Mexico. It's hard to imagine that 100 years ago today, the National Association of REALTORS® approved the Albuquerque Real Estate Board with a roster of just 20 members. Today we have grown to more than 4,500 members! 

Every GAAR Member continues to play a major role in strengthening the local economy.  Every day you advocate for the protection of private property rights, homeownership, and fair taxation. And more importantly, YOU make the American Dream of owning a home a reality!  

At the Centennial Member Breakfast held July 1st, Mayor Tim Keller officially proclaimed July 11, 2021, as Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® Day in honor of the contributions YOU have made to the development of Albuquerque neighborhoods and the service you provide to local homebuyers, home sellers, and the community throughout the years.

Today as we celebrate our 100th Anniversary, we hope each and every one of you knows, that what you are doing now will impact the next 100 years in the Greater Albuquerque Community.
