Adopting an APS Title 1 Angel is a heart-warming holiday tradition for many GAAR Members.  

Through it, we bring a little joy to the lives of APS Title 1 "Angels" this holiday season.

This year, GAAR REALTORS® and Affiliates are adopting angels from Freedom High School and Washington Middle School. Angels are APS Title 1 Homeless Students that attend school even through great hardship.

The GAAR REALTORS® are adopting about 35 Angels from Freedom High School.

The GAAR Affiliate Committee is adopting about 30 Angels from Washington Middle School.

The middle school and high school Angels receive stockings filled with a $20 gift card to Target, candy and small toiletry which we hand out at their holiday party. We are collecting donations* to purchase the gifts and pay for their holiday lunch.

All the Eugene Elementary School Angels have been adopted.  If you adopted an elementary school student this year, you an Angel with their name, sizes and a list of items they would like. Because these children have very little, we recommend that you include warm clothing, a book and game and toy in your large holiday gift bag and staple the student's Angel to it. Please do not wrap individual gifts within your gift bag. Please return your elemntary school Angel gifts by Friday, December 2nd.
