Since its launch back in May, Albuquerque Journal’s HomeStyle has become an integral part of the Greater Albuquerque real estate landscape. GAAR is a proud partner of the publication; writing regular articles for the paper in addition to providing a listing of all SWMLS open houses at no additional cost to membership.

To keep up with the wild success of the paper, Albuquerque Journal is pleased to announced that starting on October 14th HomeStyle will become a standalone Friday publication.

Some highlights of this change:

• The publication date will be changed to Fridays to allow for Friday, Saturday AND Sunday open houses to be published! If you are a REALTOR® who wants their open house included in the next issue, please be sure to have your open house information entered in to Flexmls no later than Tuesday at 5 pm.
• Open houses from the Santa Fe Association of REALTORS® will also be included in HomeStyle.
• The new Friday publication will introduce new page sizing, which means that ad sizes will change. Please see below for reference.
  - Full Page - 10" x 10.2"
  - Half Page (Vertical) - 4.945" x  10.2"
  - Half Page (Horizontal) - 10" x 5"
  - Quarter Page 4.945" x 5"
