Want to group separate documents as one comprehensive file for easy sending and signing? Documents that were uploaded separately to an existing transaction in Instanet can be merged into one document for the participant to view and sign.
In this How To, you'll learn how to merge documents in Instanet (Pro):
To access the Pro Version of Instanet, click on the Pro button located on the top-right corner of the screen.
1. Click Work with an Existing Transaction on the Pro Version screen and select the Transaction you wish to use.
2. Scroll down to the Documents section and click Edit on the top-right corner of the Documents section.
3. Select the Documents that you would like to merge together.
4. Select Merge Selected Documents from the I would like to: drop down menu and click the orange Action Arrow.
5. Enter a Name for your Merged Document and click the Create Merged Document button located on the lower-right-third of the screen.
Your separate documents are now merged into one comprehensive file. Notice the Merged Document will appear along with the separate documents in your transaction.
