GAAR Updates
1. GAAR Member Office: Reconstruction is in full swing with AIC General Contractors. We anticipate substantial completion by late May.  Read more on the reconstruction progress.

2. 1645 University Project: Committees are utilizing the space for meetings while the office is under construction. The property is available for lease and ready for Tenant Improvements. 3. The Association Strategic Plans for 2023-2024 are available:

4. GAAR Membership: Member renewals for 2023 currently reflect 4,206 REALTORS® and 426 Affiliates which is comparable to renewals for 2022.

SWMLS Updates
1. SWMLS Bylaws: All proposed changes were approved at the Annual Meeting held in December. View the updated Bylaws.

2. FOREWARN: A change to disable the Financial Data was approved. Members can still activate this app to verify new clients. View compliance and learn how to activate your account.

3. FLEXMLS Changes Approved:

  • In the HOA section, additional fields will be added and changes made to meet RESO standards.
  • For Land Lease Properties, additional fields will be added to better disclose the cost.
  • Owner Name will now be a required field.
  • Contact info in the Public Remarks – staff will now proactively remove and then advise the listing broker & QB of the violation.
