GAAR is happy to introduce the newest version of its member website, gaar.com.

Earlier this year, the MLS and REALTOR search functionality was moved to a new, separate consumer-facing website called NewMexicoHomeSearch.com. This move allowed consumers an easier way to search for properties and learn more about homeownership, which also allowed GAAR as an association to focus its website on delivering the information and services that matter most to its membership.

How to Access Flexmls, Instanet, etc.

Tools like Flexmls and Instanet can still be access via Single Sign-On (SSO) like on the previous version of the  site. There are now two ways to access:

On Desktop

1. Login to gaar.com as you normally would
2. Once signed in, you can access Flexmls and other tools by either:
   • Clicking on one of the logos on the tool bar beneath the main image -OR-
     
     
   • Clicking on the Tools link on the top-right on any page and then clicking on the logo of the tool you would like to access.
     
     
     
     
      

On Mobile

1. Login as you normally would
2. Once logged in, you can either click the Flexmls logo beneath the main image to continue to Flexmls or click on the Access All Tools button to see all tools available.
