The GAAR & SWMLS Boards of Directors are excited to introduce Jeannette L. Davidson as the new MLS Director of the Southwest Multiple Listing Service.

Jeannette brings over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, where she has excelled in diverse roles, including her recent position as MLS Director at Coeur d'Alene Regional REALTORS®. There, she led initiatives in operations management, data integrity, and member engagement, significantly boosting revenue and social media engagement. Jeannette’s deep understanding of MLS systems and her hands-on experience in real estate, market research, and financial analysis make her an excellent fit to lead SWMLS into a future of innovation and growth.

Outside of her professional life, Jeannette has been married for 23 years and is a proud mom of two adult sons. She’s an avid sports fan, cheering passionately for the Montana Grizzlies and Gonzaga Bulldogs (but don't mention the Montana State Bobcats!). You can find her painting, crafting, and diving into anything that sparks her creativity when she's not working. A self-professed nerd, she’s a huge fan of Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel, and Lord of the Rings. Oh, and fun fact—she was crowned Miss Hot Springs 1994!
