In lieu of a January First Wednesday, the ABCD Committee is proud to present an exclusive opportunity for REALTORS® to earn the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) NAR Certification at a discounted rate. This course is designed to empower real estate professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to build inclusive, adaptable, and thriving businesses in today’s diverse marketplace.

By sponsoring the At Home with Diversity® certification course, and reducing the registration fee from $160 to just $45, ABCD aims to make the course more accessible, encouraging broader participation among GAAR members committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in real estate.

Stephanie Grant, a highly credentialed instructor from Las Vegas, will lead this dynamic course. With extensive expertise in diversity and real estate, Stephanie brings passion, practical tools, and real-world experience to every session. The At Home With Diversity® curriculum encompasses topics of diversity, equity, inclusion, fair housing, and risk reduction. Participants will gain practical skills and tools to expand business and effectively serve all clients.

Fair Housing Training

This course meets NAR's new Fair Housing training requirement. Similar to the Code of Ethics,  members must complete two hours of fair housing training every three years as a condition of REALTOR® membership with the cycle beginning in January 2025 and ending at the conclusion of 2027.  Learn more about NAR Fair Housing training requirement here.

Stephanie Grant, Instructor

With a degree in Business Management, Stephanie has obtained the At Home with Diversity National Certificate, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Designations. She also holds a Nevada Property Manager Permit and Community Association Manager license. In her spare time, she enjoys her involvement with local community.outreach programs/events while volunteering alongside non-profit organizations.
