The Leadership Development Program is an educational program designed to encourage and develop future leaders at GAAR, in the real estate industry, and in the local community. The program is held every two years and is open to a limited number of GAAR and Affiliate Members.

The training is designed to provide you with the tools needed to have a successful leadership journey; to understand more about yourself and the important role you play as a member of this community and as a distinguished REALTOR® Member.
